Hmmm.... Canuck Carrie is running Windows XP, uses Firefox, uses the default Firefox theme, did a Google search for "visa journey", has Microsoft Office installed, apparently views her browser at full-screen (gack!), does not have Quick Launch enabled, hides her icons, and uses Zone Alarm.

LOL!

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

The threads in question are not viewable when they are showing highlighted as pink. It is not an error as such. The thread/s contained possibly inflamatory remarks etc and the fact they are highlighted means they will become visible again when Capt'n Ewok deems it warranted. If you recall, this used to happen in the Immigration News Forum before members where able to directly start their own threads with news articles. It also occured with a certain members threads about the NVC as well. The thread you are referring to Carrie will be again, I imagine.

So does this pink highlight happen automatically, or does Captain Ewok temporarily block the thread?

They are temporarily unviewable. Knowing a little of how boards work behind the scenes, it wont happen automatically. Someone has to press the button :P

Looks like I've missed a bit today by way of threads being locked and made invis. Dang I hate that lol
