Timeline

hello all, wanting to make sure everything is complete here in our AOS package well be sending off soon....!

Any advice, would be great! thanks a bunch!!!!


  • [*]cover letter
  • form I-485
  • 2 photos (passport size with name/DOB on back)
  • money order in the amount of $170 made payable to DOHS
  • copy of foreign Birth Cert. Accompanied by Englsih translation
  • Copy of passport page with I-94
  • g-325a
  • I-864 ( which also includes supplemental letter from us spuse explination for co-sponsor etc......I-864 for co sponsor accompanied by tax docs, letter of emply. , bank letter, also proof of citizenship)
  • Evidence of eligibility which includes copy of approval notice for I-129F, Copy of Marriage Cert. , Form I-94 (front/back), and Passport Identitiy page

  • Letter from Civil Surgeon/Form I-693 Sealed in envelope

check should be for 1,070 but i think it's just a typo error on your part..aside from that your application package looks complete to me :)

11-26-2012- - sent I-30/I-485/I-765 package to Chicago Lockbox

11-28-2012(Day 1)- received by USCIS

12-03-2012(Day 5)- received NOA1 thru email/text

12-05-2012(Day 7)- got hard copies of I-797C

12-12-2012(Day 14)-received biometrics appointment letter in the mail (01/03/2013 appointment)

12-19-2012(Day 21)-case status available online: I-765 and I-30 are in Initial review and I-485 Acceptance stage

01-03-2013(Day 36)-biometrics done at Milwaukee

01-09-2013(Day 42)-received notification that I-485 is for Testing and Interview

01-18-2013(Day 51)-notified of interview schedule, Feb 21,2013(Day85)

02-06-2013(Day 70)-received text saying EAD is ordered for production on Feb 5th.

Did you include a copy of the K-1 visa?

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...
