Hi everyone, got my NOA1 on June 4th and haven't heard back ever since...Very disappointing! Anyone else experiencing the same delay?

This is normal for VCS right now.

June 6th NOA1 and still waiting. I figured mine might take an extra week or so due to me petitioning an ex in 2007 and then breaking it off. So if you watch my timeline understand that extra time is needed to review my former case.

They are officially working on May 28. Unofficially on VJ we are seeing lots of June filers getting approved, so it appears they are working on June also. Hang in there, your time is coming.

ETA: sorry, my info was for the fiance visa. I'm guessing though that CR-1 is similar?

June 03, 2013 - RFE for AOS

June 17, 2013 - RFE response received

July 05, 2013 - EAD and AP approved

July 10, 2013 - EAD card production

ETA: sorry, my info was for the fiance visa. I'm guessing though that CR-1 is similar?

They are on May 21 for CR1 (though if you call they will say May 14) and I haven't personally seen any junes approved but I don't seek them out either.

June 6, 2012 and pending. Yes, officially VSC is working on May 21, 2012 per the website for IR-1/CR-1 I-130 applicants. K-1 I-129F applicants received May 28, 2012 are currently being processed.

Passport Timeline (Submitted at USPS, Standard Processing, Standard Delivery, Locator number: 51) & SSA Update & Naturalization Certificate Receipt

 

03/23/2022: Application for passport submitted at USPS facility under standard processing.

04/04/2022: Status changed to “The U.S. Department of State has received your application for your passport book on 04/04/2022. We're now reviewing your application and supporting documents...Your application locator number is 51*******.”

04/04/2022: Check for passport cashed.

05/03/2022: Status changed to "The U.S. Department of State approved your application for your passport book. We're now printing your passport book and preparing to give it to you. You should receive your passport book on or around 05/09/2022."

05/05/2022: Passport Received.

05/09/2022: SSA Citizenship Status Updated.

05/25/2022: Naturalization Certificate received in mail.

June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
