Visa fiance for the 2 time versus marriage visa which is better?

I had a k1 fiance visa aproved i got marry before the 90 days she letf me i dont know where she is at now i am divorce. it have being 2 years when it was aproved and know i want to bring another fiance from SantoDomingo RD is better to bring her like a fiance or like a wife. I want to do it the fastes way with no denials . Please if anybody knows what is better k1 ,cr1 or k3
