Oh Mounir I am so sorry to hear of your denial. It is a bump in the road and I truly believe in the end you will be successful. I agree, try to contact Tany1157. If you cannot reach her here she is a neighbor of mine in the next town and I have her phone number, I can reach her for you.

You are correct different block checked but the reasons are the same word for word returned to USCIS with the same outcome a refusal worksheet. Mounir, I say verify if your request has indeed been sent forward if so then your next step is to start preparing as you don't know as of yet if it will be a NOID or a NOIR that the CO recommnded to USCIS each have different implication on the outcome. Stay on the forum and it will helpful for your next step.

Good luck,

We got the same exact letter and email with a different Pouch number of course. 8-10 weeks I feel is a joke.

Called for Senior Officer review November 7th. Stated already mailed October 31st.

Called Diplomatic Pouch Service: Your pouch has not been registered for pick up/

Contacted Consulate via phone: again stated it was sent, I explained what DPS stated end of conversation.

November 20th: Called DPS and the pouch is registered for pick up this day.

December 4th: Called DPS and the man stated it was odd but that package was no longer registered and sitting in Morocco.

December 9th sitting here reading VJ wondering what I do next and trying to see what others in the same boat with Morocco are doing.

Spoke with Senator Case worker. Pretty much what everyone is posting here except there is no pouch to follow now.

Open to all suggestions!

(Please forgive the typos)

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
