Hi, I'm the beneficiary , I moved before we got the NOA2. I'm confused , is the NOA2 sent to me or my fiances address in the US.? And what about packet3 ?

Petitioner gets the NOA2. Packet 3 is from the interviewing consulate/embassy to the beneficiary.

Refer to the K-1 Flowchart for details.

I still didn't change my address because we are waiting for noa2 hard copy , should I change it now? We got our noa2 November 27th by text and email.Still no hard copy! Do they only send the packet 3 after we get noa2 in the mail? I'm so confused!

Thank you for helping !

"Packet 3" is sent once the petition has passed through the NVC and sent to the embassy/consulate where the interview will occur. Have you or your partner called the NVC to confirm they've received the petition? You can call (603) 334-0700 to learn its status. Also, many embassies/consulates post the forms that need to be completed online, depending on where your interview will take place, check that site for more details.

I still didn't change my address because we are waiting for noa2 hard copy , should I change it now? Hard to say, it may have been wiser to change it as soon as you were aware of your Change of Address. We got our noa2 November 27th by text and email.Still no hard copy! Consider contacting USCIS Hotline and inquire about the status of your NOA2. Will your hard copy be delivered to an address that you can receive your official I-797 Approval Notice (NOA2)? Do they only send the packet 3 after we get noa2 in the mail? I'm so confused! Review the K-1 Flowchart.

Thank you for helping !

The petitioner should be getting the hard copy of the NOA2 in the mail within the next week or so. The packet 3 will be mailed to you the beneficiary will probably not be sent out to you for another few weeks as your case has to go from the NVC then to the consulate. The petitioner may receive a packet 3 as well, I did (although it was a packet 4). Since your case is more than likely in transit, you may want to call DOS (202-663-1225 option 1 then 0) and ask what you need to do to update your address.

EDIT: I see most of this information was already posted. At this point you can call NVC or DOS and get information.
