Hello everyone,

I'm applying for my AOS (I'm a student now) and I have an I-693 related question.

My whole package is ready to go except my medical exam. I'm waiting on my vaccination records to get here from Canada and there's no telling when they'll be in. I've read conflicting advice: some people say file without the medical and wait for an RFE, and some say wait for your records and send the medical in with the I-485.

What's the best advice?

Don't wait on the vaccination records and jut book the appointment. Most people don't go in with their records, the Civil Surgeon might take use a combo of verbal confirmation and knowledge of Canada's vaccine requirements or school or do a blood titre test for antibodies.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
