Are packet 3 and 4 sent by courier or regular post in India?

Hello,

My fiancee has some problems with her brothers and she has moved to a different apartment in Delhi to live in. Relations have soured in their family to the point where her brothers can sabotage her visa. She is afraid that her brothers will not give her the packet 3 and packet 4.

Does any one know how the packets are sent by the consulate? Are they sent by regular Indian post or are they sent by a courier? Is it possible to call the embassy and ask them to send the packet to a different address?

This whole process is stressful as is and this is just adding to the tension. Any advise you guys give is appreciated.

Have you heard of email? If you have email then all packets are sent to u via email by nvc and consulate.

Try moving to modern times. Then register emails with nvc. I never recevied anything from nvc or consulate via regular mail, it all came in my email.

Of course, I have heard of e mail. But this is a consulate in India and not everyone has access to email. Its better that the packet gets sent through e mail since we wont have to deal with her sour face family.
