my wife is sponsoring her parents and brother who are in India. My question was for AOS. she makes enough income which is required. I also showed my Income on the I-864 just to be on the safe side. Do I need to fill a separate I-864 form for myself, or any other form?my second question is that her brother who is 26, his file got approved too. we got his letter yesterday that his file is approved. He is not planning to come to USA soon. but on I-864, no. 9, do I add his name too, since he will come later?

If you would like to combine your incomes, then your wife fills out the I-864 and you fill out the I-864a.

you do not put anything on question 9 because all 3 are separate petitions and her brother has 10 years of waiting depending on when the petition was filed.

if she makes enough money to cover everyone then she doesn't need a joint sponsor, she will only put what she makes and copies of her W2s

Approval of the I-130 is only the first step. He has 10 years to wait for a visa since his US citizen sister petitioned for him. Do not list him on any I-864 because he is not immigrating now. He will be coming much later.
