Juarez accepts co-sponsors. I have not seen anyone post that their co-sponsor was not accepted there. Juarez is not known to be strict about the affidavit of support.

Thank you! Now I am really confused, as to which way to proceed. I was ready to withdrawal our application and go marry him in Mexico and try for Cr1 (spousal visa). Guess, I need to look into this more, before making that decision :/

Deciding between which visa type can be hard, they both have advantages and disadvantages.

Have you checked this page - http://www.visajourney.com/content/compare ?

Thank you! I have just reviewed the link, and Cr1 is much cheaper and if I could file directly in Mexico being I lived there with him a year and a half and will be returning is much faster (and looks as if I do qualify). I don't know what to do really. Being that I have already submitted the K1 visa and it is in process. I would hate to start all over again, only to add more time, to learn our fate.......My fiance doesn't seem to be nearly as worried as I am, he says it's in God's hands and will work out just fine. But I am still so stressed over all of this.......After thinking and discussing with my fiance, I do believe we are going to continue with letting K1 visa run it's course. If we are approved, then wonderful! However, if we are denied, I will then marry him in his country and attempt to directly file there (being I will have proof of residing more than 6 months with him in Mexico. He says that would be our best choices, being that I really want to marry him in the US with my family present. But if it isn't possible to do, then we will take the second option.

If I followed your original post correctly, he entered the US illegally and stayed for 8 years. He will have a 10 year ban, and will be denied the K-1 because of that. You will need to file a waiver when that happens. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/113-waivers-i-601-and-i-212-and-administrative-processes-221g/

Yes, that is correct. We will officially be denied at consulate interview, but will then be given chance to file the I-601 waiver. We definitely have concrete proof of extreme hardship as required (medical records and doctor's letter on my mother's permanent disability and I am her live in caretaker or must provide for her care monetarily plus a few more issues and concerns) that we can provide to USCIS. He had no record at all, while in the US. He was never arrested, charged with any crimes or detained by immigration either. We left the US voluntarily, without issues. So, that will help us some in our journey. I know it's going to be a long and trying process, but payoff will be well worth it, if we are successful.
