The question about the date in the USA. If someone travel to the us after submitting those forms please gie me an advice. Thank you.

if you already submitted it, then no. They already know when you entered the country by your passport number.

When I had my interview in Montreal they handed back packet 3 and asked me to make any necessary corrections to the forms. My husband's phone number and address had since changed so I wrote in the correct information. I don't know if Vancouver does the same thing though.

I will have an interview at Montreal, so I will just correct on the paper there right?

Yep :) You're supposed to bring a copy of the packet 3 forms to the interview anyways (it's on the packet 4 instructions) so you can simply add in the new information on those.

I went through Vancouver. I submitted a list of my recent visits and sent in Packet 3. By the time of my interview, over a month and a half later I had returned several times to the USA. I printed out an updated list but was never asked for it at the interview and they never even saw it, and my visa was approved. Don't worry too much about it!
