Hi every one here...my wife is a peace corps volunteer. we met in Ghana here and got married...she did a direct consular filing and the petition got approve...i have receive pack 3 and 4 from the consular section and am preparing for my visa interview....they required her to prove domiciled of U.S by showing phone bills lease, mails and other documents in her name showing her U.S house address.....but she is still here in Ghana how will she prove that while here..is it cool to have her mother as a co sponsor.

It's just as you said - they require her to prove domicile in the US. You even listed some examples. She has to show those things. Just because she's in the Corps doesn't mean she hasn't kept her US bank, credit cards, mailing address, etc. I still even kept my health insurance while in the Corps. She should get proof of these things DHL'ed to her so you can complete the packets. Yes her mother can be a co-sponsor. But she has to make 125% the poverty level for her household size, which includes at the very least her daughter, you, and whoever else is dependent on her income. See this guide.
