Dear sir/madam

I have been to the embassy in the month of november 15th 2012 for the interview, but the officer s told me to come after one month which means 15th of december 2012,but they didnt gave me any written letter and i am little bit confused that what document should i take for the interview, should i take the previous interview or should i go like that i mean without any letter.

Therefore, kindly suggest me what should I do as the date is coming very near.

My deatails are as below:-
