Hello everyone my case is f3 priority date is 04/06/2002. My case completed on 08/25/2011. As December my case is current based on visa bulletin but unfortunately now I haven't received my interview letter yet? My question is that NVC is scheduled based on your priority date or completed date? I know there couple of my friends are same as my priority date already interview on december 3 ,2012. Second , my daughter is born on may 20,1988.when they send me invoice on 2009 . Her name is not on visa fees? When should I complaint NVC that her age is protected by cspa law? Also, i did email nvc they told me that this case is currently waiting for appoiment to be schedule at us consulate in ho chi Minh city. They can't predict when interview will be schedule? What should I do? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!!Thanks!

Call the US embassy and inquire if your papers are already there.

so, are you using a telephone, talking with NVC folks ? or no ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
