Pleasant day to all,

My fiance (US citizen)( I'm a Philippines Citizen). haven't yet send the application for petition.

But then he told me to secure my NBI clearance and Certificate of Singleness. I already have my nbi clearance

(released on December 3,2012) scanned

it and email it to Him. I/we are still waiting for my Cert of singleness to be released next week.

Just want to know if what other documents for me to take care off earlier/ in advance?? for me to

get ready in case....

It's better to be prepared than

rushing, right??

Thank you and highly appreciate any inputs. :) God bless all.

Hi! I-129F doesn't need your NBI and Certificate of Singleness. You will need these during your interview.

The papers that you need to send him for the petition are:

G-325A dated and signed

2 passport photo with white background

Intent to Marry letter dated and signed

Photocopy of your passport if you have already

God bless! :)

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

okay, thank you for your response. Yes I already have my passport.

Another question, do I need to have a letter of consent from my either father/mother that they are aware about me/us

getting married?? I am turning 23 years old on April 2013.

No. But you will need one for your CFO and have it notarized by a lawyer and signed by your mother and father.

They required letter of consent from parents if the applicant is below 25 years old.

That's what I've heard in facebook at least. :)

Foreign fiance(e) does not need a copy of their passport with I-129F petition. Follow the guide here for what is required: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide
