Very important question regarding question on 325A

Help! I understand perfectly what I'M supposed to write on MY 325-A Biographic form in that section. I'm petitioning for my husband and the form is being submitted in connection with the I-130. HOWEVER....since my husband needs to send in the same form with the application, when it comes time for him to fill in that block, should he put the same thing? OR should he check the box that says "Status as Permanent Resident" which is what he's trying to get? I'm confused. is he putting the same thing? Might seem like a dumb question but I"ve never been more nervous filling out a form and want to do so perfectly.

One more favor...Do I title my cover letter "COVER LETTER" at the top? and can you all read over the contents to see if it looks good? Also, how do you attach the pictures? With a paperclip to the 325A forms? Or in a baggie? or ...what??!! AAAAH

-Copy of birth certificate (Petitioner: (me) )

-Copy of flight itinerary with boarding pass

-Pictures

---does all that seem correct? Am I missing something?

(on a side note, when he gets his approval/green card for the CR-I, does that enable him to be able to work right away?)

You do not need to write "cover letter" at the top of your cover letter. The passport style photos that accompany the G-355A should be placed in a small bag and paperclipped to the G-325A form. Pictures that you are submitting as relationship evidence can be printed out on regular paper.
