Yes.

Thank-you. What a process. Who knew!! I am Native American and it took me 90 minutes to get the green card. 2+ year wait for the family to make residence in the USA is long. Need to get this right the first time around so any tips or advice is appreciated.

Hello,

I am a green card holder. I am reviewing the I-130 form instructions. Am i correct in understanding that I only need to file 1 form for my wife and 3 children? My children are aged 7, 9 and 12.

That's one of the benefit of being a green card, PACKAGE DEAL on your spouse and minor children,....

Just a tip, be sure to check and recheck every document that NVC would request before sending it out,

that'll avoid delays in the future,... But you'll get there,..
