I still haven't received my NOA2, but I need to figure out the best proof possible to demonstrate we have an ongoing relationship. We almost always talk on whatsapp for messaging and viber to make calls, neither of which I believe can print our conversations or call records.

I'm going to add the international calling package on my phone so i can call her (we talk several times a day anyway) and it will show up on my bill. But what else can I do? I have some older emails, but not maaany since I just deleted my old primary email account.

We lived togeher for a more than a year in spain right up until 2 weeks before the I-129F was sent off, and I visited her while she was on a family trip to colombia in September. We have tons of pictures together in both spain and Colombia. But as far as ongoing conversations...not much.

Any ideas??

Thanks

Yep, you can have all of your text records emailed to you in an excel format - then you can edit it and send the messages that you want with dates. I'm in the same situation with using Viber for phone calls so I print screened many, many shots of the call log and emailed them to myself as well.

So here are some ideas for you; I would begin to use MSN Messenger; emails- or Skype to IM and talk on a regular basis. Those you can print and include for on-going proof. Also,I how about, short letters; Xmas & New Years postcards; etc;etc maybe you are doing so already. But the officers knows how difficult it is to manage from far. But have something....

Hope this helps... I am in the same position.

thanks, but what if there are some...personal...things within the long conversation? haha

ah ok cool:) thanks!

Just print the part that where the both of you talk about your future plans. :)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

Two people who are intending on getting married and are serious about it and plan for a long time should be having personal conversations. Edit out the X-rated stuff but keep in the lovey dovey stuff. Most engaged couple are in love with each other and do profess that love to each other.

In the international / visa / immigration game, nothing is personal.

It depends on the type of phone you're using. Oh my iPhone, pressing the home button and the button on the top of the phone at the same time will save a picture of that screen to the camera roll. Then email it to yourself to print.

Hope that helps!

That's why I email it to myself in an excel format - then you can delete the most personal texts.

haha... you are probably not the only person with this "issue" you dont have to provide them with EVERY MESSAGE... just take a few sample groups. meaning maybe a conversation on monday morning... then phone records for next saturday... emails from next week. etc.
