After a 70 minute wait spoke to officer llamado. She told me my case was transferred to Chicago field office, not Missouri where theist person told me it was. Said it happened oct 20. Could no tell me if It was assigned to an officer and wouldn't estimate date for adjudication. Filed an info inquiry for me and told me I'd get a response within 14 days.

So are they going to read off a script with the same generic

Responses they've been giving me when I get my answer within 14 days.

Alex, I did get a written reply back on my service request, under 14 days.

But that's different thing, aye?

an ISO isn't reading a script, so much, as (instead) they be looking directly at the computer record of your casefile.

So when you guys talk to a tier 2 do you just ask to speak with one and they transfer you, or do you need a specific problem to talk to one

oh - my problem is easy , the csr says, ok , sure !

A CSR cannot see my casefile in their system.

an ISO CAN see my casefile in their system.

After seeing your situation, Darnell, I'm paranoid about Chicago requesting interviews too.

Does only the petitioner have the right to call and ask about their case or the beneficiary can also do it?

From what I've read, only the USC (petitioner) can call about the I-130.

At NVC, either one can call.

I could be wrong, but I think he may be referring to the fact that himself and someone else are both being requested for interview after transfer to field office

There's nothing about an interview in their posts. And they haven't received their NOA2 yet. But we'll see what they say.
