It seems they've update the case processing times on the uscis website (the page after you try to check the status of your case).

Am I wrong, or did they remove california from the option of selectable locations?

Just Vermont and Texas now?

Times have also been updated, though are still grossly inaccurate for Vermont. 5.4months (psssh)

Perhaps the update at the end of this month will be more accurate (eyeroll)

I saw today that if you select processing time for California, there is no longer a processing time for I-130 for US citizen filing for a spouse...

However, they have not added I-130 spouse processing times to either the NBC or local offices.

We are apparently in no-mans land.

When I went through Vermont a year ago their processing times were a lot faster than California, everyone dreaded the thought of the possibility of getting CSC. Things change and fluctuate constantly. I can guarantee if you come back in a few months things will be totally different and people will be complaining about a different service center. Try to hang in there, your NOA2 will be here before you know it.

eh? I'm not complaining.

I'm at NBC. I'm just stating that they removed California from the drop down of selectable service centers on the I-130.

I'm happy about this because an update means that someone's actually interacting with the system. They seem to be about two months off in their estimate, though.... :ranting:

When will they get it right?

grrr.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
