WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!!!! It only took 66 days... just got a text and an email.. I sent my husband a text. Can't wait til he gets home from work and comes online!!

Ohh and I live in MI so normal processing

Also it says approved on the 7th so the system is on day behind:

On February 7, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I check at least 3 times a day! I am almost at 40 days and I have seen people approved at 40, 49, 59 days so I keep hoping I will get lucky too.. I know the chances are slim but I pray for under 3 m

You might want to call to see where your file is. I called last week and mine was still at the NBC. I think if it's moved to a local office it might take a little longer. Some offices have a long wait time.


USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)

NVC - 119 days NVC to Visa in hand
03/11/2013: NVC received (31 days from NOA2 at USCIS till received at NVC )
03/25/2013: NVC Case no. assigned
03/27/2013: Paid AOS fee (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: AOS Sent
03/27/2013: Received IV Bill
03/27/2013: Paid IV Bill (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: Sent IV Packet
04/02/2013:IV Packet Delivered

I spoke with an ISO about 2-3 weeks ago. I really spoke to two ISO and both told me my case is still at NBC. I have a service request ticket due to someone at USCIS putting that my husband is in the US. But on the application it shows he is not in the United States.

has there been any December filers that did not apply from abroad get approved yet?? are we getting closer or anytime soon??

Cavemomma was approved and did not file from abroad. She posted a page or two back.

They are not going in order. If that was the case all June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, and Nov people would be approved before us.(as really should be) They are not treating people fairly. That is one of the things that makes this process so stressful. We are dealing with the government and they are doing what they want as they want... or so it seems.

I got a text first, then followed close my an email. I was at work at my computer so I fast checked the USCIS website. It all happened close together with in seconds for me.

Chaxcel just got approved and confirmed it was filled from US.

Fingers crossed December filers we are close :)
