I I have nine months and thirteen days waiting for my NOA2 .. for my husband .. and hopefully soon come and by this point I am desperate.

i really feel you! were just the same, my husband received a letter from Homeland Security that our papers is still pending and they cant give us any time frame, but still happy that we heard from them

just be patient jane .mine took 10 months just to get approved ....i feel your pain because i been there....good luck to everyone

thank you o@s i really hope it will just take 10months it wont take some more months of ours.. but you are lucky because you went to an info pass my husband cant because he has a work and he cant absent.. thats good that yours is approved already so it means your papers at nvc now?

I hope you get your approved sooon. you just wait and be prepare for the next step with nvc. yes I had the chance to go for 2 info pass but its not really make a deference ...during my first info pass they told me that they have my files and the second time they told me same thing and by the way both of the 2 info pass was on July ...on September I received a RFE from another office so I wen for another info pass to give them the RFE they refuse to take it from me and they told me to send it to the new office ...I asked the same agent who told me on JULY that they have my files I asked him about my files he told me that they transfer it to another office on February ...so you just be patient until you done this crazy process

Wow, I cant believe people are still waiting like almost a year just to receive a NOA2. That is ridiculous. It don't take long to verify information and put it in queue for the next one. To God be the glory. This entire process tests your patience to the highest degree.
