Yes, you need to go to a civil surgeon and have a Vaccination Supplement filled out. They have the form. I would submit it with the I-485.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

My fiancee (at the time) got all the required shot in MNL. Once here, all she needed was the Td which she got from the civil surgeon (I-693A). Your concern is whether it's acceptable to go to a "regular" doctor. I don't know but I would guess it is since you didn't receive an RFE and your appt is right around the corner. Good luck.

Also, if you haven't already posted this in the AOS section, please do. It's better suited there.

actually yes i didnt received any RFE for my td shot, i got rfe before but they are just asking for w2 and income tax of my husband, so it just makes me worried on my interview as if they ask me about it, And yes as i filed an AOS application , the copy of my vaccination from the Lukes medical in the philippines, i send it to them with other paperwroks but not yet the td shot follow up, maybe i am going to the civil surgeon then. thanks a lot
