I have already had three service requests a congressional inquiry, ombudsman inquiry and have now hired an immiration lawyer.

I feel your pain. We waited 287 days for noa2

and then another 3 months for an interview,

it was painful to say the least

Hope you don't have to wait too much longer.

best of luck

I am not part of this elite group... I could not imagine how frustrating that must be. I am at 7 months. I have two service requests... My congressman would not help me and my senator got involved over 3 weeks ago...

For anyone waiting 9+ months... Have you received any explanation from USCIS on the hold up?

Thanks
