I had interview on 12/4 and got pink. The interview was so easy and so fast, just about 10 minutes. You guys can view my other topic for our case's background.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/394141-2-years-since-last-visit-does-it-cause-refusal/page__p__5789705__fromsearch__1#entry5789705

I really didnt expect a pink. And my husband does not come back for my interview. When I came to the window, I put all my evidences on the counter. They were shocked when they see that lol. They interview me in English because my husband is American.

- How and when did you guys meet? (Myspace.com)

- How could he find you? Did he know you through mutual friends? (I said Myspace does not show mutual friend like facebook, he searched around and saw me)

- Why did he send friend request to you?

- When was your first meet? (it was 10 months after we knew each other online. The CO said you guys know each other quite well before you meet. I said yes)

- How many trips does he make? (After my answer, he said we meet once every year, I said yes)

- How do you contact each other and how often?

- What time is it in the US now?

- How long have you been married?

- What is his job? How long has he worked there? Does he work for any owner or company?

- Does he speak Vietnamese? (I said just a little bit and bad words. They laughed)

- When was the last time you met him? (I said Jan 2011, he repeated Jan 2011? I said yes and explained that husband had car accident, I asked if he wanna see pictures of the car after accident and letter from doctor. He said he wanna see the pix. I paepared pix of the car before and after accident. The CO looked at the pix and ask How was the accident? What is his injury? Is he better now? I said better but still need therapy, and asked if he wants the letter from doctor but he said No)

- The CO said that I have a lot of evidences and pix, dont need to give all, just give them my favorite pix. I gave him the pix of our casual marriage announcement party, pix of us signed the marriage certificate. He looked at the pix and didnt ask anything. I think because I labeled them already. Then I gave him pix of us with a famous Vietnamese singer and told him she is my husband's idol. They laughed :)

After that the Vietnamese translator told me to take back all of my evidences. Then they said I was approved.

I really was surprised a lot. I didnt think it was that easy. They didnt ask any questions regarding our red flags or any questions about our friends, our family members, and didnt want to see a lot of evidences. I think it is because our petition was prepared very well. Our files to USCIS weighed 3 kilos lol. Marc front-loaded our petition with all the evidences and documents I have, he wrote letter to explain our red flags (no wedding, and my husband's previous petition). I asked my husband to write statement of relationship of him and his ex-wife, also of him and I.

Thanks and Happy Holiday to you too. I submitted our timeline when we sent the petition to USCIS already so I dont bring it to the interview. Dont worry if you didnt submit it because they do not ask for it. You can bring it to the interview and give to the Vietnamese staff who checks your documents before the interview.
