Your fiancee is in home country, had her K1 visa interview and she didn't have a medical prior to the interview?

She's already with me. Actually she's already my wife. Evrything is complete other than the I-693. She had her medical in PH but because of the long wait for her interview they requested her to have another medical.

OK. It's confusing because you posted it in the K1 section.

It's been more than 12 months since she had her medical?

Then your wife has to go to a civil surgeon (on the list on the USCIS webpage). Get the sealed envelope from the medical, put the RFE letter on top of the sealed envelope and send it in another envelope to the address mentioned in the RFE.

I suggest taking the DS3025(vaccination sheet) as proof of her current vaccinations.

Why can't you send it? Ie did you not have time to get the medical before the RFE deadline? Is the envelope too big to send? Did you loose it?

By the way thank you everyone for helping. I don't know how to move this post. She already had her medical included prior to entry but due to the delay of interview date, they requested for another medical. We're already done with regards to going to a civic surgeon. I already sent the sealed I-693 but I just forgot to include the RFE letter with it. We still have at least 70 days before the RFE expires.

So there's basically only the sealed envelope/medical in the outer envelope? HOw long is it since you sent it? I'd call USCIS/local office and ask if they have received your RFE response in a week or two from sending it. If there's nothing in the envelope with your case number on, it is tough for USCIS to match is up with your original case.

If they keep finding no RFE response, then ask the civil surgeon if he/she has a copy of the medical you can have.
