Passport Delivery with Visa

Hello,

My husband's visa interview is scheduled for Jan 10th. I read in the interview guidelines from Mumbai Consulate that the passport will be delivered with visa after the interview so we need to register and enter a delivery address. Thus, we registered at this site below.

We created a profile and tried to add the delivery address but it is only allowing us to select pickup location. Does this mean the passport will not be mailed? Why does the mumbai interview guidelines show that the passport will be mailed? Please help.

when you go to consulate for interview you will have option to pay Rs 300 and opt for home delivery at premium services counter,

I am having difficulties registering the pickup location for passport in US travel website. It is asking me to schedule an appointment for the interview first before I can proceed to enter the IV Address Registration. Since I already have the scheduled interview date of Jan 10th, I do not want to proceed to schedule another one. Could you please help me on how to register the pickup location?
