Thanks but i don't understand..Our Petiton for fiance visa case has been forwarded to HK US Consulate and they sent me the packet 3, one of their requirements is to apply for CENOMAR on e-census website but it will take 6-8weeks to deliver it. I have hard copy of my CENOMAR with me but i should follow their instruction so i apply another CENOMAR online..My question is, is it possible for my CENOMAR to reach Consulate before my interview date?

Just have one of your relatives pick up it up for you and mail it. It says it requires a letter of authorization but when I had Mike get my Birth Certificate they gave it to him without question.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply Tin & Mike.. but my case has been forwarded to HK US Consulate and they have different instructions with regards to CENOMAR since they have to do some administrative process, we need to request it online..my online concern is the delivery time because it will take 6-8weeks and thats too long ;(

If you have cash to spare, just order another one and this time have someone pick it up for you. I think that would speed up things up for you.

Edit: Sorry, I'm reading it too quick. I missed the you could only do online order.

thank you robb& ann.. tried emailing at the site you gave me e-censusinfo@census.gov.ph but the CENOMAR that i requested is already shipped, and said i can get it 6-8weeks.. Actually i write HK US Consulate General for the address where the document is to be delivered. I think the Consulate want it that way, that NSO will send them the document directly.

I still have the hard copy of my CENOMAR dated May 2012, when i came back to Philippines, but they said it expires after 6months. I'm expecting my interview on January, so maybe i just have to wait for the CENOMAR, i hope it arrives earlier (= Thank you so much!

Do you have a confirmation from NSO that you can print and bring with you to the interview?

I would keep the interview appointment no matter, if the CENOMAR hasn't arrived by the time of the interview they will most likely issue you a 221g regarding the CENOMAR then when it arrives the embassy will finalize the processing and soon after you will have your visa.

Good Luck!
