Quick question... How many bank statements should I submitt? Also do all our utility bills have to have both of our names on them? I receieved an RFE that i have to sent as much things as I have to show our bona fide marriage.

One bank statement with both your names should be find, If showing bona fide marriage then yes utility bill would have to be under both names, if you have copy of cell phone records showing calls, credit cards with both name, lease, these are some things you can add as well.

If I have my kids birth certificate, my kids baptism certificates , lease, light bill, bank statement, cellphone bills, car insurance, pictures, Is that enough proof of bona fide marriage?

No one can guarantee approval for you as it is up to the discretion of immigration.

Yes, everything you listed, as long as both your names are on those bills/statements/certificates, is good. Also include a cover letter listing everything you're sending and how it shows that you're in a relationship (ie state that your wife's number is such and such and how they can see the number highlighted on your cell phone bill).

What did you send the first time? If you're sending all of this now it seems that you didn't send anything when you sent in the I-130 form?

well, there's that list of 6 things in the I-130 instructions...

here's my interpretation of it:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240

IMO, utility bills, leases, house deed(s ), bank statements, with BOTH NAMES ON THEM, should be submitted.

Things that are 'monthly' should be shown, again IMO, from the first month the spouse was added, all the way through to current date.

So, you have a unique opportunity here with the RFE, to GENERATE the stuff they are asking for.

Take a few days, or a week, and add in more than the one thing, aye? The thing that I think is hurting you, is that you have been married 3 years already, so that evidence pile should be rather thick.

Thank you so much, this gives me a better idea... The first time I only submitted the marriage license and my birth certificate. Also should I write a statement of how we met and our story or not needed? How about an affidavit from a friend that has know us since before we met?

Thank you Darnell for your answer. So you think I should send all the statements since we open our account and all the bills that are under our name for every month? We been living together for the past 12 years.

Providing either of those things does not cause harm to your case so why not just provide everything you can?

Lol I would not however advise 12 years of utility bills. But, for example just 1 from each year shows how long live been co-mingling

I'd focus on 'since the marriage date'. Not before, as you've been married 3 years already.
