Everyone's case is at USCIS during I-130 process regardless of being sent to NBC, it's still at USCIS.

Please fill in your timeline and we can help you better.

Thanks,

Krystal

hey...while preparing for NVC there are 2 things that really help....one is follow the monthly nvc filers threads. the first posts are suepr overwhelming, but all the info is there. my suggestion is to copy and paste into a word doc. here is december -

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/402383-nvc-filers-december-2012/

the other thing is explore the wiki -

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Jame%27s_Shortcut

and the flowchart - http://www.visajourney.com/examples/NVC_Process_Flowchart_v1-2.pdf

good luck!
