Hi.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but Igor's List seems to be missing some profiles. At least it is missing my profile. It used to show it when I used the drop down boxes to display all IR-1/CR-1 VSC I-130 applications.

Did something change or is there something wrong with Igor's List?

2012 USCIS (MSC)

October 15: I-130 NOA1

December 15: NOA2

2013 NVC (BRS) Case number received 5 weeks after NOA2 - DS-3032
February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

August 17: approved

I didn't realize that IR-1/CR-1 was DCF only. It says that:

"Visa Type:

IR-1/CR-1 Visa Filed by US Citizen Petitioner Living Abroad?

**If filing for a IR-1/CR-1 Visa and the US Citizen petitioner lives (and files for the visa) abroad then please make that selection here (and ensure you select the IR-1/CR-1 Visa type):"

So since my wife and I both lived in Canada when we filed I just assumed that's what it meant. Thank you!

Below is how I removed DCF for those who are wondering how to...

It is just carryover from when filing from abroad meant DCF. I removed it too a while ago to get an approximate timeframe for approval since they don't seem to expedite the filing from abroad cases any more.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
