I would check the case status expecting the usual "Your case can not be found blah blah blah. So you can just imagine how totally shocked I was to see Post Decision Activity on the screen. I couldn't believe my eyes!blink.gif I've read that those cases transferred to National Benefits Center would likely be processed in as short as 3 months. I called the National Customer Service Center # to confirm if the said petition was indeed approved since I did not received any email. Confirmed it's APPROVED. I'm happy but a little concerned because my other petition which is for my mother is still not approved.

Should I have indicated in my cover letter (when I filed) that these petitions be processed together? I mailed both of the petitions in one USPS priority mail envelop but I placed them in separate manila envelopes.

For those that petitioned both parents, were they approved at the same time? If not, how long did it take for the other petition's approval?unsure.gif
