H1B is the most common work visa. Whether it suits you depends on what exactly you studied and what your employer wants to file for

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Without Bach degree how did you get OPT?

To give you better answer need more information what kinda job you doing or have experience is, what is educational background.

If your employer wants you to continue than their lawyer can file for H1 application.
