Try reading up on the law or even pick up a newspaper. If you punch your wife she can shoot you dead and will walk. You physically attack someone then they are allowed by law to defend themselves anyway possible, even if that means putting a bullet or even several bullets into your body. Again it is the law.

Your views of the law are very distorted. If what you say is true, then Zimmerman would be on a beach in Cabo right now, with no upcoming court dates.

You must be new to this story. Zimmerman was found out to be in the right and no charges were filed. All that changed later on when Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Eric Holder, Barak Obama, and the Black Panthers chose to get involved. Eric Holder flew down to Florida himself as did Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the Black Panthers. Afterwards charges were brought upon Zimmerman. Why post on this topic if you don't have a clue about it?

Too bad Zimmerman decided to take a gun, looks like he would have ended up with a broken nose and everyone would still be alive today. It's a shame that people can't fight with their hands anymore.

He absolutely was not found to be in the right, it was an ongoing investigation when Holder got involved.

I don't mind dealing with folks that lack knowledge of the facts on certain issues, we all do from time to time, but it becomes old hat when the other person continuously lies to present his/her case. I believe that credibility is an important character trait in a person, obviously some don't.

The investigation was still ongoing, there was no final disposition presented by the district attorney. Zimmerman was simply released on his own recognisance and promised to turn himself in if there were charges to be filed in the future.
