My petition got approved on August 9th from USCIS. From that date til December 3rd, they said that they never received any my documents, even from NVC. On December 3rd, they send us a email with the interview date.

I was in the same situation. Got approved at the end of August, had to keep calling NVC, and finally saw that our BMB case was on the consulate website for December interviews. However, we also never received any packets,a lthoguh DOS told me the consulate sent it out. We didnt even receive an interview letter. My fiance had to go to the consulate and get it from them. When is your interview date? My fiances is next week.

I hav also never recd any hard copy of appointment letter...i only got an email with the interview date.. For people who have not received APPOINTMENT LETTERs..please ensure that u have NVC approval letter with a Barcode on it..This is the document which ur Fiance would have received in USA...u can submit this document instead of appointment letter to the passport office at the time of issuing PCC (police clearance certificate)
