Ok, good to know... Thanks!

If we have time, I'll have him figure out the two mock tax returns... if not, we'll stick to the original plan :)

You can visit a site like TurboTax and use their free calculator. It's not exact (as it doesn't take into any account the various credits/deductions available), but will give you a rough idea. If you marry in December 2012, it's as if you've been married the entire year, so you'll get the tax benefit from that vs. having to wait until 2014 when it's time to file the Tax Year 2013 return.

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)
Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012

Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Part Three: Removal of Conditions:

Coming Soon...

We are getting married this Saturday, Jan 26th (yay!). Does that mean I should file as single since I was single all of 2012? Also, would he have to file taxes even though he didn't work yet (has only been here a month)? I know this is not a website to ask all my tax questions but I figured you guys know your stuff  I want to get my taxes done as soon as possible for AOS. Thank you!!!

You were single for all of 2012 so yes you file as single. The taxes you file are for last year. I assume your fiance did not work in 2012? Was he even here?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
