From your timeline, it looks like you never applied for Removal of Conditions, is that correct? If so no, you need to do that first.

You aren't eligble to apply for USC until 3 years after the resident since date. If you don't apply to remove conditions you lose status. ALso the petition to remove conditions must be recieved before your green card exspires ( today)

You don not qualify to file for US citizenship. You have not had a green card for 3 years. Your I-129f NOA2 was received Jan. 29, 2010 which means you did not get your green card until Dec. 2010. You have had your conditional green card for two years. You need three years of having a green card to qualify for US citizenship based on marriage to a US citizen.

Unfortunately for you, you misunderstood the process and have really shot yourself in the foot. After 2 years of a conditional green card, you are suppose to file to remove the "condition" on your green card. Failure to do that before the expiration means your green card has expired and you did nothing to renew it. Tomorrow, when your card has expire, you will be living in the US illegally.

I highly suggest that you file to remove your condition today at a USCIS office BEFORE YOUR LEGAL STATUS EXPIRES. TOMORROW MAY BE TOO LATE!!!!!
