Hi everyone,

I need to submit evidences for my I-751. Me and my husband currently resides in his parents house. Can somebody give me a sample of affidavit that states we currently reside in his house? It will be a great help.

Also, we are currently undergoing infertility treatment to have a child, what should I present to inform them we dont have a kid yet and we are doing treatment at this time. Should I ask my infertility doctor to write a proof what were ding now??

All your response will be of great help. THanks a lot.

Government identification (i.e. Driver's license, State ID) would be a great help establishing the residence address.

Sorry, can't help with the affidavit though...

Also, I really wouldn't go into a PERSONAL medical history... Children are in no way required for ROC filing or proving the marriage is in good faith.

Dear USCIS agent

I your in laws name writing you this letter to inform you that my son (name) and his wife (name) are residing with us for the moment.

You can write whatever reason you have to live with them: going to scholl, something...

Please if you have any questions please feel free to call me at (***) ***-****.

Sincerely

Your in laws name

Have your doctor write you a letter stating that both of you come for the treatment to have a kid. a bill with both of your names will be good also. but a letter sworn by the doctor is fine.

Good luck, feel free to add whatever you think is good to that letter. I couldn't make it longer because I don't know your current situation in details otherwise I would've wrote you a 2 page letter. If you have any bills that you recieve in that address send it and send some old bills with both of your names (you and your husban) too to proove that you are truthful. A letter from you explaining why you living with your in laws is good to, the agents have hearts they are not dead. Good luck

well,,a letter from your parents would be enough to prove for the immigration that you and your husband are living together.

a phone bills and bank account and car insurance for both of your name on it works too,

regarding the baby thing's,you can get a paper from doctor, and it might help.

also for i 751 you need to have 2 affidavits from friends that states your relationships is in good faith elc.

Good luck

Affidavits are not required. It's a suggested evidence.

Having joint finances (primary evidence) serves as a better proof than affidavits (secondary evidence).
