Hello, I was wondering... Can my foreign fiancee from Mexico come visit me in the United States while our k1 visa is in progress? If so for how long? And, what is the process he will have to follow?

Yes he can visit if he has visa come enter US legally and return to Mexico. The will be a proof as part of the requirement for the on-going relationship when time time come for the Embassy interview.

when in the upper forums, reply in english and post in english - it's that simple. if the op posts in or replies in other than english (also known as ote), that usually results in threads being moved to the regional forum where there's not a wide range of opinions given as not everyone speaks spanish.

if other than the op persist in posting in other than english, the member's access to the thread may be removed - or worse.
