Is it true that the interview schedule preference for a case is given on the basis of priority date and case completion (for CR1 visa there are unlimited visa available yet we do have a priority date ) ????

Person A has Priority date of 4 Apr and Person B has priority date of May 4 and person B has case completed before Person A and both are waiting for interview date so is NVC going to schedule person A first over Person B as they had earlier priority date over Person B ???

Well i noticed that while i was waiting for an interview date...... I and some few others going through Nigeria were waiting for an interview date, and most of them had their case completed before mine, but i got an earlier date because i filed before them.....You can only determine that with those who are waiting for interview date in your country... Hope this helps
