I was reviewing some of the information and resources provided to help with the process. Reading the information needed for the interview, it said we needed the I130 set, I864 etc....I do not have the original or a copy of my petition, only the receipt...is that a problem?

Probably not. The reason it is suggested is so that a) you can review what you wrote before you attend interview and b) you have a copy to give them in case they lost your paperwork somewhere along the way.
