Questions on Form I-134

Regarding residence: Do I put my current address in which I have been residing with my fiance in South Africa for the past 3 months, or my permanent USA address?

Question #7 I am currently a student at the University of Cape Town and therefore currently unemployed. Do I leave this question blank? Or put n/a? Do I need to include a letter explaining why I am unemployed, or just provide evidence of my registration with the Univ. at the interview? SHould I still include my annual income from my 2005 Federal Tax form?

Question #10 Should I include my fiance? Or is that obvious since this is who I am filing the I-134 for?

Question #11 I see there was some dicussion that an N/A should be put here and put K-1 Fiance, but do we check Intend or do not intend? He will be my husband so we will share everything.

Please note my father is co-sponsoring and his income is well above the needed 125%.

Thanks for any answers,

Monica & Baruti

P.S. I posted this in the pinned I-134 thread but did not get a response, and our interview is on Tuesday. Sorry for the double post, but need a quick answer.

Monica & Baruti,

#3 good question. I think I would be inclined to put the address in South Africa, since the question specifies current place of residence.

#7 'student-unemployed' concisely explains your situation does it not? (I expect I'll never understand why many people try to chose among answers that do not provide the information that questions are seeking.)

#10 sure, why not, even though you're right that it's obvious you've petitioned for your fiance. What's not obvious is whether you've ever petitioned for anyone else, so it's a good idea to specifically include that information as well.

#11 You say that you posted to the pinned I-134 thread - did you read it first, to see if the information that you're seeking is already in there? (If so, read it again.)

I have a question... Hope it's not Off topic. On the I 134 thats pinned up for reading it says if Self employed, you can include a report of Commercial Rating Concern? I plan to include a Year to Date from my Accountant & Bank letters along with Bank statements. I also had my Accountant write a letter saying that he has been my Accountant since 1993 & my Business has always been profitable..... Is that enouph along with 3 years tax returns?
