If, there was NO immigration involvement with any of the previous marriages?? AND NO domestic violence issues associated with any of the previous marriages?

Then, should not present a problem as long as you are able to present copies of ALL your divorce dissolution certificate(s) obtained from the respective state(s)/county(s) department of health/vital statistics/records/clerk (and are able to provide, for inspection, the original(s) upon request of an Immigration Official). Be sure to fill out the requisite information about ALL of the divorces on the forms as completely as possible. Consider composing a short narrative for you and your fiancé(e) disclosing the details of your previous marriages, discuss fully with your fiancé(e) as that they may be asked about it at an immigration interview.

ok if you applied for 3 different people and all got green card after marrying you... thats not good. it seems like ( please dont mind me judging you, because USCIS will do the same) you are marrying these people and helping them get green card... but if i understand you correctly, you also stated that it was 20 years ago? so the last time you helped someone get a green card was 20 years ago? if thats the case, then it is good for you. But you must write a letter explaining why you got married with three people( three undocumented people) and help them get green cards and how those marriages were not done to help the women but was done because you really loved them and wanted to marry them. you will need to explain how you and these three were good match and if you are able to do that... there is strong chance that you will get these new K-1 visa.

Were the marriages of short duration ? It can be viewed as sham marriages for adjustment benefits. Yes, I believe this can

be a red flag and put you in Administrative Processing for extensive background checks and drilling at the interview for your beneficiary. Your burden of bona fide will be challenging.

mumfer - I am gonna step out on your topic -

I don't have enough background knowledge on an instance such as yours,

with 3 prior 'adjustment of status' cases and 3 divorces from women that came in as tourists.

Sure, it was 20 years ago, but I understand USCIS looks for these exact types of patterns in their fraud units.

Perhaps someone else will step in and give you some advice, or you could study a bit over at http://immigrate2us.net as that site handles 'tougher' cases. IMO, though, you will have a tough case because of the fraud pattern.

It could be a big RED FLAG. It is going to look like you have been marrying all these women to help them become US citizen which as you know is considered fraud. The best way to go for you is to seek legal help and advice. Good luck.

You merely need to complete the waiver letter (your letter asking for a waiver from the three previous petitions (give dates and very very short explanation) and three certified, stamped divorce decrees.

Very simple.

Oh, also ensure that your new fiance knows ALL ABOUT all the details of all three previous petitions because most likely she will be asked (maybe grilled) about them during the interview. Ensure you have solid evidence that you have a legit relationship since your real track record is not too good in this regard (nothing personal meant).

See, all 3 previous marriages were involved in Immigration, n my fiance knows everything n there was no any domestic violence, but currently i filled first time K1, with all three previous married in States but from different countries.

Seems we are using the wrong words here. Okay you haven't done a I-129F Petition before. But you have done 3 adjustment of status which means you married and filed and did 3 , I-130 petitions is that correct?

I-130 petitions do not fall under the Imbra waiver law. Multiple K (I-129F) petitions only.
