sorta, but it's focused on prior K-1 filings and a duration.

For example, if this is your 3rd I-129F filing within 2 years with a different person, you'd have to have written a letter, submitted with the I-129F, asking for a waiver from IMBRA Regulation.

But, there is no hardfast count when examining the totality of the casefile - here's an example..

Fiance is Thai woman, divorced from a man in Thailand

USCitizen has been divorced twice, exes are USCitizens.

So that's 3 marriages without immigration involvement.

The IV unit won't care so much about those, as there wasn't any immigration involvement.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The embassy should not deny your first filing because you were married and divorced 3 times before ( all to other US citizens).

However your fiancee may be asked about this at her interview as to why you had so many failed marriages and she should be aware of all the circumstances about them.

Long as she is fully aware and can speak to it at interview should not be an issue. And also long as there wasn't any domestic violence reported on your part and all it should be a no issue.

If, there was NO immigration involvement with any of the previous marriages?? AND NO domestic violence issues associated with any of the previous marriages?

Then, should not present a problem as long as you are able to present copies of ALL your divorce dissolution certificate(s) obtained from the respective state(s)/county(s) department of health/vital statistics/records/clerk (and are able to provide, for inspection, the original(s) upon request of an Immigration Official). Be sure to fill out the requisite information about ALL of the divorces on the forms as completely as possible. Consider composing a short narrative for you and your fiancé(e) disclosing the details of your previous marriages, discuss fully with your fiancé(e) as that they may be asked about it at an immigration interview.

YMMV.

Happy trails on your visa journey.

Were your previous spouses US citizens when you married them?

No they were not, as i mentioned they were from different countries n they were not US citizen at the time of marry.

Yes, you did mention. Sorry, I was a bit confused by the grammar and jargon used in your previous statement.

"Married with 3 different nationalist in the States n this is first time filled I-129F.

now any help to clearfy my case?"

Depending on your specific circumstances, you should consider reading up on the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA). It may have implications for you and your intended filing of a I-129F K-1 petition. There is a sub-forum on VJ, IMBRA special topics, that may be of help for you.

EDIT-Addition: You may want to consider seeking legal counsel to assist you in this matter.

Good luck on your visa journey.
