Even the U.S. Visa help desk has the same reply that your 221(G) is under administrative processing with the consulate. Please wait till the completion of 60 days. Reading your case makes me scared Dinank...lets see how it goes.

Atleast me and Pawan has to wait for the 60 days completion. But Dinank, as a friend, I wanna say that avoid being too rude with the consulate as they have the important documents and Ppt with them. I would say wait for this month and then consult with your attorney.

Payal,

I am never rude with the consulate ppl. I always ask them questions calmly and politely. I just type the way I do on this forum. I know they mark your file if you are rude to them. I am gonna wait till the 25th of this month which would be 120 days since the interview and then consult with an attorney. I am just frustrated because I could not celebrate my bday with my wife on nov. 5th and also missed my marraige anniversary on dec. 18th

What makes you think that Pawan? What has to do with Singh Surname?

They maintain a database of names and surnames and if any names even rhymes with that they do additional back ground checks

Singh surname is also associated with sikhs and specially all muslims gets AP.

they dont understand our pain, why don't they check 20 million illegals living in US first.

our family atleast provided so much information and our address to them to check further. howcomw they feel our families as threat to national security and not 20 mill illegals.

see funny thing is doctor wont do procedure unless somebody pick me up from hospital as this is done using full anesthesia and will not allow me to take cab or public transport alone. so what option i am left with bag consulate folks to listen but they dont.

yes true Dinank even I feel one day is equal to 100 days for me. It is very hard to pass one day with mental depression and frustration from within.
