DS 156 and DS160 online for montreal consulate please help!!

Hi everyone,

I can't put comma on DS 156 form in the box "other names used" I have 2 nicknames that my fiance and my friends call me but they are not official names, I am not sure should I put in the form but my fiance put in I-129F form in the box other names used of alien fiance. I just want every documents match the same data base.

Also same problem with DS 160 should I put my other names used or not?

The next question about address of parents: my hometown use symbol "/" in address, for example 12/34 Rosehill Road but in the form I can't put "/" and it won't allow me to go to the next page..how can I fix this problem?

And another question about has anyone filed immigrant petition on your behalf? Does it mean the one that petition me for this visa or they ask about somebody else. I never had anyone filled out for me before. I only have this one who petition me, so should I put yes or no?
