cfo sticker at the MANILA airport?? can i be sure i can get?

hello guys... i got my visa approved last Nov 16 and will fly to UTAH on DEC 21.. while i was waiting for my interview after my medical i took the cfo seminar and that time i dont have my visa yet.. so they gave me my certificate but i dont have sticker yet since i dont have my visa... they instructed me that i can get my sticker in Manila airport if i am in a hurry to fly.. my concern is.. is this really reliable that i can get my cfo sticker at airport? i will be coming from bacolod city direct to US and it will be convenient for me if i just get my sticker at airport.. any experience with this? please share.. God bless

havent experience getting mine in the airport .. the instruction to us is to go back to place were we got our seminar .. show the certificate and the passport with visa. then theyll put the sticker... so thats what me and my friend's did.. :>,,, good luck... one of my friend came from mindanao she just went to manila early and stay in a hotel... just to make sure everything is okay :>

I have heard RUMORS that there is a CFO counter at NAIA. Most posts, members have said to not risk it and go straight to the office you took your seminar at for your sticker. I agree with them BUT here is the contact info for CFO. Maybe they can answer your question. If you hear back, let us know what they say.

Hi! CFO means Commission On Filipinos Overseas. All visa holder must attend the seminar before they can fly to their visa destination. :)

The day of my departure I saw a CFO lady in NAIA terminal 1 near the counter where we pay travel tax. That was so early in the morning around 3:30 a.m but around 4 she gone. It's better you go back in CFO office where you do your seminar to make sure you get the sticker. It's better safe than sorry

Yes, there's a CFO counter at NAIA. However, it's a good idea to call them in advance to make sure there will be someone at the counter. It's my understanding that sometimes there is no one at the CFO counter. It's probably safer to arrive in Manila a day earlier and get your CFO sticker at the CFO main office.

OP...By the way, my wife, Chinook, is from Bacolod City. :)
