It is most likely that your AOS has already been denied, BUT on the off-chance it hasn't, you need to go to the office where the prints were going to be taken, and be there when it opens the nearest business day. Tell them you missed the appointment and would like to get your prints done now. They might or might not let you in. If they do let you in, you MIGHT be okay, or you still might be denied for abandonment.

If your AOS is denied, unless you entered on the VWP, you can appeal. OR you will need to refile (i.e. start all over again and pay the fees again).

So be there Monday, 8am, and hope for the best. I would also make an infopass after the biometrics (whether you're let in or not) and ask about your case to see if it's too late or what will happen to you.

I missed my biometrics appointment (Friday 11/23/2012), i know i did such a stupid mistake. Can someone please please tell me what do i do to fix this. I would highly appreciate.

I was there today morning at my local ASC, i had no issues at all in getting my finger prints done :)

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
