What after USCIS? STEP BY STEP

Hi, my wife filed I-130 petition for me on 13th of August, 2012 and we got NOA2 on 7th of November,2012.

Then on 24 NOV my wife got email from NVC about AOS fee and email for me about case number with choice of agent form which I emailed them back.

I want to know that STEP BY STEP WHAT WE WILL HAVE TO DO FROM NOW TILL VISA? Like documents or forms at every step and their estimated time of processing? Please also do mention at every step about any fee which me or my wife will have to pay?

And about AOS (I-864 thing), I want to know that will she have to mail NVC that form or she have to mail me to show embassy in interview?

Your kind help will be really appreciated.
