For this particular evolution, The DHL site manager should be coordinating with the police to recover all of the packages at the guys house, and the DHL Site Manager should be able to interact with your husband for an approximate delivery schedule.

So, for 'whats next' with your husband, he needs to make a new best friend, that DHL site manager, nowish. I do mean nowish.

All the people involved are to come back to station tomorrow where the police will have got all parcels and they are to identify their things. For his sake (The DHL scumbag) I pray he is telling truth and everyting is at his house.

Just give me my documents.

See thats what makes VJ so great because people feel your pain and understand nothing is normal about this process, our relationship. We are Extraordinary people.

I should be in Nigeria by month end so things better be sorted out if I miss february interview queue because of this man. I will have to ask for a VJ "Bond Debbie out fund". LOL

Thank you all for letting me rant. You may now resume your regular schedule dialogue. LOL

I called about my IV the man operator didn't tell me enything about the package he only say wait 20 days to know something :( :(

They said that to me as well then I got Case Complete 5 days later. Keep calling every couple days. :)

Up until the IV bill we have done everything at our own pace, so don't freak out when you see our timeline. We had major financial difficulties which hindered us from going at a steady pace. We are now in a position to move forward. IV Bill and beyond will hopefully go quickly.

LOL okay. When mama said "one day you will look back at this and laugh." Well goodness.

That's actually true. Not much of a silver lining or something that probably makes you feel better now, and definitely something anyone would be glad to do without, but yes, I do hope/think that you will one day be able to laugh about it.

Hello I am new to this,

Well I have a problem and can someone help me out?

My problem is that on nov 6 I got a checklist letter through email requesting my passport photos, and my attorney send them out on nov 7th,but she sent them out wrong because she didn't scanned the back part with my my name and case number so I had to call her and ask her if she could send it out again but this time she did send them out right.so I had left it like that for the whole week and two weeks later icalled and nothing new on my case just the same response you have to allow 20 business days,so I pretty much did and called on last wednesday which had been 19 days, but this time the operator told me I have to allow 20 bussiness days from the day they have received the email and I had explained to the lady that on Thursday it would be 20 business days ever since we sent out the email and she told me that they never received anything until nov 30th,and I sort got frustrated and asked to talk to a supervisor sothey put me on hold and the supervisor nicely Told me that they had received 4 emails from us(the attorney & my husband) and I asked how come the representative told me to wait 20 business days,& he said he had no idea but that he would nicely request them to review it but it would take 10-15 business days.bottom line is that I've been stuck on nvc for 4 months and still no appointment date yet.is there anything I can do to speed up my process?im 7 months pregnant and I really don't want for my kid to be born in Mexico.

I suggest calling up NVC to confirm AOS acceptance! And you should have case complete next week ;)

All you can do at this point is to keep calling NVC once a day. And if any more documents are needed, keep on that attorney. In most cases, lawyers/attorneys take their sweet time sending stuff out.

If you want, once your case is complete (or even now), you can request for an expedite. No guarantee it'll get approved, but it may be worth a shot.

I am also a December filer. I just paid the AOS fee, so I am gathering documents. I am just confused - does NVC send the IV and AOS packets? I keep reading that once the status says "paid" you can send in the packets, but I don't know where to find the forms to fill out. So far they have been e-mailing us (such as for the DS-3032). Thanks!

If you want to wait, they may send package information to you. Or, you can go the fast way and download the forms ahead of time and fill them out. You can find the I-864 forms on the USCIS site and the DS-230 form on the NVC site. Please go back and read the first post. I put the information together for a reason (to help people out) ;)
